Heart Work Press: Write to Heal Group Workshop 6

An interactive 6-hour workshop facilitated by a grief and trauma therapist, this Write to Heal workshop includes a brief introduction to the theory and research proving the effectiveness of therapeutic writing, followed by an invitation to participate in gently guided sample writing exercises. No experience is necessary and participants won't be expected to share personal writing. (for your group of up to 15 participants)
